The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) has partnered with the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) to provide official delivery services for Likhang Filipino participants when the showcase opens on January 15, 2026.
Under the agreement, PHLPost will serve as an Acceptance Post Office for Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments, allowing consumers and producers joining Likhang Filipino to send products efficiently to local and international destinations.
The partnership positions CITEM to strengthen its mandate of promoting Filipino design, creativity, and craftsmanship by ensuring reliable logistics support for participating artisans and producers.
PHLPost said the initiative is designed to facilitate the acceptance and processing of EMS parcels from local creators, helping bring Philippine-made products to overseas markets through secure, globally connected courier services.
As the designated Acceptance Post Office, the PHLPost Mega Manila Area will handle streamlined processing, proper documentation, and timely dispatch of EMS shipments to help participants reach buyers more effectively at home and abroad.
“This initiative strengthens our commitment to empower Filipinos to promote and ship homegrown products on the global stage,” Acting Postmaster General and CEO Maximo C. Sta. Maria III said.
“By providing accessible and dependable logistics services, we help bridge local craftsmanship to international opportunities.”
CITEM said Likhang Filipino continues to champion Philippine creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation, with the addition of EMS services assuring participants of fast, trackable, and secure delivery of their goods worldwide.
The partnership also aligns with broader government efforts to boost trade, support micro, small, and medium enterprises, and promote Filipino-made products across borders through improved logistics and market access.
