Choco Mucho’s ultimate goal for the next Premier Volleyball League (PVL) season is very obvious, no doubt.
After signing former Philippine National team member Denden “Iron Eagle” Lazaro last May, the Flying Titans further beefed up their roster by signing Ateneo Lady Eagles standout, Deanna Wong.
The 5’8’’ ace playmaker helped Ateneo clinch a UAAP championship while leading the Lady Eagles to a couple of 1st runner-up finishes during her stint.
Wong’s arrival would set up a reunion with her former teammates in Ateneo: Maddie Madayag, Kat Tolentino, Bea de Leon, and Lazaro.
Eager to bounce back from a disappointing debut season in the PVL with a 6-10 record, the Flying Titans’ management has revamped their roster by making big moves in the offseason.
Aside from signing Wong, Choco Mucho also tapped the services of the University of Santo Tomas’ Caitlyn Viray.
