The Choco Mucho Flying Titans are slowly finding their stride in the league after clinching their second straight win against BaliPure Purest Water Defenders in straight sets fashion, 25-16, 25-12, 25-16.
After a rough start in the PVL Open conference as a rookie team and losing multiple close games, the young core led by Bea de Leon, Kat Tolentino, and Maddie Madayag are slowly finding their stride.
Each loss provided a lesson that they would take advantage of in later games.
Tolentino top-scored for the Flying Titans for the third straight game, tallying 14 big points along with 11 excellent digs.
Fresh from the national team, Madayag fueled the team with 11 points for their first winning streak of the season.
BaliPure just had no answer as the energetic Choco Mucho team fired from all cylinders converting attacks from excellent sets.
Menchie Tubiera led the Purest Water Defenders with 11 markers, while Graziella Bombita added 8 points.
