The program, titled “PAGSAKDAG: Sustainable Futures, Bridging Communities, Improving Lives,” is an expansion of CHMSU’s training and development services. It aims to provide practical and innovative training to underserved adults in the community.
The CHMSU contingent was welcomed by La Carlota City Mayor Rex Jalando-on and Councilor January Abad, chair of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee on Women, Family Relations, and Children.
The PAGSAKDAG Program focuses on key areas such as financial literacy, income generation, overall well-being, general literacy, and skills for interpreting information.

The program consists of three independent projects, each led by experts in specific topics. Project DAGYAW is led by project leader Everlou Maquiling, Project #SML is headed by Jansen Tumabing, and Project ARBs is overseen by Soledad Estares.
