BACOLOD City – Carlos Hilado Memorial State College (CHMSC) continues it exemplary performance in the Civil Engineering board examinations by emerging as the top-performing school in the country in the November 2019 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination with a passing rate of 98%.
CHMSC produced 49 new civil engineers out of 50 takers in the licensure examination conducted last November 9-10, 2019 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
Carlos Hilado Memorial State Collegeis followed by the University of the Philippines – Los Baños, Bohol Island State University-Tagbilaran, UP-Diliman, University of Pangasinan, University of Santo Tomas, and Central Philippine University.
6,510 out of 15, 075 examinees passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
CHMSC ranked 2nd in the November 2018 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination with a passing rate of 96.08%. (Rommel M. Azucena Jr.)
