Cebu’s top 7 most wanted arrested in Capiz

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – The seventh most wanted person in Cebu province was arrested Monday afternoon, March 6, at Barangay Poblacion Tabuc, Maayon, Capiz.
A native from Zamboanga City but temporarily residing in Maayon, the suspect, whose name was withheld, was arrested for a charge of statutory rape and acts of lasciviousness.
Judge Judily Hugo Tapia-Menchavez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 8 in Toledo City, Cebu issued the arrest warrant on Nov. 3, 2021.
The suspect was not allowed to post bail for the rape case while a P200,000 bail was recommended for the lascivious conduct charge.
The suspect is presently in the custody of Maayon Municipal Police Station and will be turned over to Cebu soon.
