Cebu Pacific adds Asia routes for holiday travel
Cebu Pacific is expanding its international network in the fourth quarter of 2026 with new and returning routes connecting the Philippines to Japan, China, and Vietnam ahead of the holiday travel season.
The budget carrier will launch new Cebu-Nagoya and Cebu-Shanghai services while resuming Cebu-Ho Chi Minh City, Clark-Hanoi, and Manila-Xiamen flights between October and November.
To support the expansion, Cebu Pacific is offering a promotional one-way base fare of PHP 1 from Aug. 7 to 11, excluding fees and surcharges.
The seat sale covers travel from Oct. 26, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
Cebu Pacific will restart direct flights between Cebu and Ho Chi Minh City on Oct. 26, with three weekly services every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The route gives travelers from Central Visayas direct access to one of Vietnam’s largest cities without connecting through Manila.
The airline will begin Cebu-Shanghai flights on Nov. 17, operating three times weekly every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Return flights from Shanghai to Cebu will operate every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday starting Nov. 18.
Cebu Pacific said it will be the only Philippine carrier offering direct flights between Cebu and Shanghai.
The airline will also launch Cebu-Nagoya flights on Nov. 19, with four weekly services every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Nagoya will become Cebu Pacific’s third Japanese destination served directly from Cebu after Tokyo-Narita and Osaka.
Cebu Pacific said it will also be the only airline offering nonstop flights between Cebu and Nagoya.
Direct flights from Clark to Hanoi will resume on Nov. 19 and operate three times weekly every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Return flights from Hanoi to Clark will begin Nov. 20, operating every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
Cebu Pacific said it is the only airline offering direct flights between Clark and Vietnam, giving travelers from Central Luzon and nearby provinces an alternative to transiting through Manila.
The carrier will resume Manila-Xiamen flights on Nov. 23, with twice-weekly services every Monday and Friday.
The Xiamen service will expand Cebu Pacific’s China network alongside its existing direct flights from Manila to Shanghai and Guangzhou.

The expansion strengthens Cebu and Clark as international gateways outside Metro Manila while widening direct travel options for passengers in Central Visayas and Central Luzon.
It also positions Cebu Pacific to capture increased leisure and visiting-friends-and-relatives traffic during the Christmas, Lunar New Year, and early 2027 travel periods.
Cebu Pacific currently serves 35 destinations in the Philippines and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
Passengers may purchase additional baggage allowance and pre-order meals for their flights.
The airline accepts several payment methods for flights and add-ons, including credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets.
