BACOLOD City – An alleged high value individual in the illegal drug trade was arrested for possession of P346,800 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust at Purok Bayanihan, Barangay Banago here yesterday.
Operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) nabbed Willy Aliguin, 36, of the said village.
Fourteen sachets of suspected shabu weighing 51 grams were recovered in the operation.
Aliguin is detained at Police Station 3.
Meanwhile, two persons were also apprehended in separate drug bust operations in Negros Occidental last Wednesday.
Police seized P4,080 worth of suspected shabu in Sagay City, and P6,800 worth of the said contraband was confiscated in La Carlota City.
