Casa Mira Prime Ormoc nearly 70% sold in two weeks

Cebu Landmasters Inc. is expanding its residential footprint in Eastern Visayas with the launch of Casa Mira Prime Ormoc, its second Casa Mira development in the city. The artist’s rendition shows the Cielo, a single-detached home designed for family living.
ORMOC CITY, Leyte — Cebu Landmasters Inc. has sold close to 70% of the inventory at Casa Mira Prime Ormoc within two weeks of its public launch, building on the sold-out success of its first Casa Mira community in the city.
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc opened its inventory to the public on Sept. 25, 2026, as a follow-up development to the company’s first sold-out community in Barangay Luna.
The project expands Casa Mira’s footprint to nearly 20,000 units across the Visayas and Mindanao as CLI pursues its strategy of bringing attainable homes to key urban centers and emerging growth areas.
“The strong response to Casa Mira Prime Ormoc affirms the trust families have placed in CLI. We are building on that trust by offering attainable homes with the space, amenities and convenience families need every day. As we grow in Ormoc, we want to create lasting value for the community,” said Cebu Landmasters Inc. CEO Jose Franco B. Soberano.
Casa Mira Prime offers townhouse, duplex and single-detached homes in the affordable to mid-market segment.
Units are priced from PHP 2.7 million to PHP 3.5 million.
Townhouse A units have a floor area of 47 square meters and lot areas ranging from 54 to 78 square meters.
The duplex Calista units have a floor area of 50.04 square meters on 80-square-meter lots.
The Cielo single-detached units offer 48.63 square meters of floor area on 100-square-meter lots.
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc is designed around community living, with Phase 1 featuring a function hall, playground and pocket parks.
Phase 2 will introduce additional amenities, including a clubhouse, basketball court and swimming pools.
The development also features underground secondary power lines and solar-ready roof designs for its Cielo single-detached units.
Situated along the highway beside the Barangay Macabug Sports Complex, Casa Mira Prime Ormoc is a 10- to 15-minute drive from the city center.
The development also provides direct access to key transport routes and neighboring areas.
It is near the University of San Jose-Recoletos Ormoc Campus, Ormoc Doctors Hospital, government offices and shopping centers.
A retail block across the development is also integrated into the community.
The launch follows CLI’s recognition as Best Developer in the Philippines at the 2026 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
Casa Mira Homes GenSan also received the Best Housing Development (Mindanao) award, further strengthening Casa Mira’s track record in housing development.
