Capiz’s top drug personality falls in P400K drug bust
A tokhang drug surrender was arrested in a police anti-illegal drug operation afternoon of Feb 23 in Cuartero, Capiz. Police identified the suspect as Emmanuel Frebaldos, a resident of Barangay Sta. Rita, Dumalag, Capiz. Frebaldos was the subject of a buy-bust operation at Barangay Bitoon Ilawod, Cuartero, around 5:58 p.m. Thursday.

A tokhang drug surrender was arrested in a police anti-illegal drug operation afternoon of Feb 23 in Cuartero, Capiz.
Police identified the suspect as Emmanuel Frebaldos, a resident of Barangay Sta. Rita, Dumalag, Capiz.
Frebaldos was the subject of a buy-bust operation at Barangay Bitoon Ilawod, Cuartero, around 5:58 p.m. Thursday.
Members of Cuartero Municipal Police Station, together with personnel from Dao and Dumarao PNP, captured the suspect after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu for P7,000.
Frebaldos is No. 10 on Capiz’s watchlist of illegal drug personalities.
Recovered from the suspect were 11 more sachets of suspected shabu, a mobile phone, and a sling bag.
The seized illegal drugs weighed around 56 grams with a standard drug price of P401,200.
The suspect is now detained and will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
