ROXAS CITY, Capiz — The province’s No. 3 most wanted person was arrested Monday morning, March 16, in Barangay Agsirab, Dumarao, Capiz.
Police identified the suspect as alias Kevin, 28, a resident of the area.
Police said the suspect is facing charges of murder and frustrated murder.
The warrant of arrest was issued Dec. 17, 2025, by Judge Lorencito B. Diaz of Regional Trial Court Branch 17 in Roxas City.
The court recommended no bail for the murder charge and set bail at PHP 200,000 for the frustrated murder charge.
The suspect is under the custody of the Dumarao Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
