ROXAS CITY, Capiz – The No. 4 most wanted person in Capiz was arrested Sunday afternoon in Caloocan City, Metro Manila.
Renato Navijar, 48, carpenter and temporarily residing at Brgy. Gulod, Maragondon, Cavite, was collared by the Capiz Provincial Criminality Team (ProACT) and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Provincial Field Unit (PFU).
Navijar is facing two counts of murder before the Regional Trial Court Branch 20 in Mambusao, Capiz.
While in the custody of Caloocan police station, another arrest warrant was served to him in another murder case and grave threats in relation to Section 29 of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
