ROXAS CITY, Capiz –A top 9 most wanted person in the province of Capiz was arrested Monday evening, July 21, in Brgy. Cogon, Roxas City.
The police identified the suspect as alias. “Lindon”, 31, of said place. He is facing statutory rape case and Top 1 most wanted person in the Municipal Level.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Joan Marie Bargas-Betita of Branch 14 , Roxas City dated July 18, 2025.
The court recommended no bail for his temporary liberty.
He is presently under the custody of Roxas City PNP station for proper disposition.
Meanwhile, a 41-year-old person wanted for statutory rape was arrested Sunday noon, July 20, in Poblacion Ilaya Panitan, Capiz.
The police identified the suspect as alias Dodoy of Barangay Timpas of said town.
The suspect is presently under the custody of Panitan PNP station for proper disposition.
The court recommended no bail for his temporary liberty.
