ROXAS CITY, Capiz — The Capiz Police Provincial Office on Friday, May 8, honored five retiring personnel of the Philippine National Police under the Retirement Honors and “Salamat Kapatid” Program at Camp Teodorico C. Apil in Barangay Lanot.
The PNP recognizes retiring personnel for their long years of dedicated and invaluable service through the program.
The program includes retirement honors for uniformed and nonuniformed personnel who have served for at least 20 years, with ceremonies, mementos, and plaques of recognition.
The activity was led by Police Lt. Col. Ethan O. Estaya, deputy provincial director for operations, under the command of Police Col. Albert D. Tapulao, Capiz police provincial director.
The retiring police officers recognized were Police Maj. Tobias A. Garfin, Police Lt. Nerio G. Gicole, Police Executive Master Sgt. Richard F. Franco, Police Executive Master Sgt. Julito S. Magbanua, and Police Executive Master Sgt. Dexter A. Obligar.
The personnel were honored for their service, professionalism, and contributions to strengthening the organization and helping uphold peace and order in their areas of assignment.
Through the program, the PNP pays tribute to the commitment, sacrifices, and years of honorable service rendered by its members.
