ROXAS CITY, Capiz — The No. 9 most wanted person in Capiz, who is facing two counts of violating Section 5(b) of Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, voluntarily surrendered to police on Tuesday afternoon, May 12, 2026.
Police identified the suspect as alias “Toto Ingkaw,” 38, of Sitio Tambak, Washington Street, Barangay VII, Roxas City.
He surrendered to the Roxas Component City Police Station at Pueblo de Panay in Barangay Lawaan, Roxas City, around 3:30 p.m.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Joan Marie B. Bargas-Betita of Branch 14 in Roxas City on May 11, 2026.
The court recommended bail of PHP 200,000 for each count for his temporary liberty.
The suspect is in the custody of the Roxas City police after failing to post bail.
Meanwhile, another person wanted for child abuse voluntarily surrendered to the Roxas City Police Station on Monday afternoon, May 11, 2026.
Police identified the suspect as alias “Frank,” 25, of Sitio Mason, Barangay Banica, Roxas City.
He was charged with child abuse under Section 10(a) of Republic Act 7610.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Bargas-Betita on May 8, 2026.
The court recommended bail of PHP 80,000 for his temporary liberty.
He is in the custody of the Roxas City police for proper disposition and court referral.
