ROXAS CITY, Capiz – 123 individuals were arrested for curfew violation while the province of Capiz is under the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) because of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
Records from the Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) indicated that 99 violators were from the first district and 24 from the second district.
The violators also included 116 males and 7 females, while 114 were of legal age and 9 were minors.
The curfew is in effect via Executive Order No. 11, series of 2020 issued by Capiz Governor Esteban Evan Contreras on March 20 to April 26, 2020.
