ROXAS CITY, Capiz— Employees of the Capiz provincial capitol will receive additional perks after the provincial government qualified for the performance-based bonus (PBB) in 2020.
Capiz Gov Nonoy Evan Contreras said the provincial government can allocate funds for the PBB.
“May daku nga pagabatunon ang mga empleyado sang aton provincial government sa performance based bonus kay 50% sina ang ila nga mabaton kag dugang nga ayuda,” Contreras said.
He said that he will look for available budget for the PBB so that capitol employees can receive the incentive.
The governor said Capiz is the lone local government unit in Western Visayas to be “eligible” for the PBB.
“It only shows of our better management and cooperation of every department heads and employees of the provincial government,” Contreras added.
Two Capiz municipalities, Ivisan and Panitan, will also be eligible to receive the PBB.
