BACOLOD City – The provincial administrator of Negros Occidental has called out contractors with unfinished projects.
Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said he will soon meet the contractors whom he did name for the moment.
He said the provincial government is losing millions of pesos due to delays in the completion of the projects.
The projects were supposed to be completed in October like the Negros Food Terminal (pala-pala) at the North Capitol which Diaz said still lacks roofing.
Another delayed project is the Negros First Residences formerly the capitol hostel along Gatuslao Street which has no elevator and kitchen.
On the other hand, Diaz said the Mambukal Convention Center Hotel at the Mambukal Resort in Murcia has not even started.
