ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A Capiceño who has been on the run for eight years because of a homicide case was arrested Monday at Matalino Street, Barangay Central in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Police identified the suspect as Reynald Araza of Barangay Balijuagan, Roxas City but temporarily residing at Libis, Quezon City.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate of Regional Trial Court Branch 19 in Roxas City on Dec. 8, 2014.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail for Araza’s temporary liberty.
The Regional Special Operations Unit (RSOU) 4A, Quezon City Police Station 10 and the Warrant Section of the Roxas City Police Station led the operation.
