Calabarzon’s most wanted man nabbed in Capiz

One of the most wanted persons of Calabarzon Region was nabbed evening of Feb. 13 in Sapian, Capiz.
Alias Warlon, 20, a farmer from Barangay Agtatacay Norte, Sapian, was arrested at Majanlud village by members of Sapian Municipal Police Station together with operatives from the Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) 6, Capiz Police Provincial Office-Provincial Intelligence Unit (CPPO-PIU), 1st Capiz Provincial Mobile Force Company, Silang Municipal Police Station and Capiz Provincial Highway Patrol Team.
Warlon was accused of rape under Article 266-A (1) in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code), as amended by Republic Act 11648.
Judge Micheal Culla Maranan of the 4th Regional Trial Court Branch 134 in Tagaytay City, Cavite, issued the arrest warrant on Nov. 10, 2023.
No bail was set for his temporary liberty.
In Antique, another wanted person accused of rape was also arrested on Tuesday.
Police only identified the suspect as 39-year-old Biboy, a construction worker from Poblacion, Belison town.
He was charged with rape under Criminal Case Number 2024-01-10708.
Judge lJoo Cruz Cruzat of RTC-6 Branch 11, San Jose, Antique issued the arrest warrant on Jan. 15, 2024.
No bail was also set for his temporary release.
