Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Felipe M. Medalla (seated on the front row, second to the right) joined Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Benjamin E. Diokno (seated on the front row, third to the right) in representing the Philippines at the conference entitled “Recovery from the Pandemic in Developing Asia: Achieving Inclusive and Sustainable Growth with Sound Fiscal Management.” The conference was conducted by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Tokyo from 13 to 14 February 2023. Central bank governors and finance ministers from the Asia-Pacific region attended the conference.
