Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Benjamin E. Diokno expressed support for the formulation of the ASEAN Learning Roadmap for Sustainable Finance and the ASEAN Greenmap Concept Note.
These initiatives that will harmonize regional sustainable policy initiatives and strategies were discussed in the 8th ASEAN Finance Ministers’ and Central Bank Governors’ Meeting (AFMGM) and Related Meetings, the ASEAN Central Bank Governors’ Meeting, Dialogue with Financial Institutions CEOs, Special Session with International Financial Institutions, and the Showcase Event on Sustainable Finance held via videoconference on April 7-8, 2022.
Diokno also backed the development of the ASEAN Cybersecurity Resilience and Information Sharing Platform that will enable information exchange across the region.
