Boy, 3, dies of COVID-19

ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A 3-year-old boy here was the latest fatality in the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

Mayor Ronnie Dadivas confirmed that the boy from Sitio Sumiga, Barangay Milibili here had a serious comorbidity.

Dadivas expressed his sympathy to the bereaved family.

Meanwhile, the city logged 33 recoveries from COVID-19.

The city now has 4,514 total (252 active cases, 4,093 recoveries, and 169 deaths).

The province of Capiz has 418 deaths.

COVID-19 cases in the province from March 2020 to October 11, 2021 totaled 8,866 (7,926 recoveries and 522 active cases).
