BACOLOD City – A 15-year-old boy died after he drowned in a river at Barangay E. Lopez, Silay City, Negros Occidental last Sunday.
Police withheld the name of the minor-victim.
Police records showed that the victim and his two other minor friends went swimming when he suddenly disappeared.
His friends suspected that he drowned.
The victim was found floating 20 minutes later. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead.
