Bossjob enhances AI for job hunting with NVIDIA Inception

Bossjob, a leading chat-first career platform in Southeast Asia, has joined the NVIDIA Inception Program to enhance its AI capabilities in online recruitment.
The NVIDIA Inception Program supports startups with technical tools, resources, and investor connections.
Bossjob plans to develop an in-house recommendation model using NVIDIA’s advanced technologies.
“Bossjob’s participation in the NVIDIA Inception Program reflects our commitment to revolutionizing the job-matching process through AI innovation,” said Quak Kiat How, Bossjob’s co-founder and COO.
“The H100 provides substantial support, and after two beta version tests, it will soon be deployed in Bossjob’s production environment.”
Bossjob aims to address the limitations of its current recommendation system, which relies on Amazon Personalize and doesn’t provide real-time job recommendations.
The new machine learning framework will ensure faster and more accurate job matches.
Since entering the Philippine market in 2018, Bossjob has connected over 3 million users with employers in various Asian markets. It aims to expand to 30 million users in SEA by 2026.
