The body of a 7-year-old boy who drowned Monday morning in Miagao town, Iloilo has been recovered.
Family members found Jan-Jan’s body floating in the waters of Barangay Cabubugan and Nalundan in nearby Guimbal town.
The boy was reported missing around 9 am of Aug 17 after he went swimming with his cousins at Barangay Maninila.
The group was about to go home when strong waves swept the boy out into the sea
The family then started looking for him until they found his body 6 am Tuesday.
