Blue guard wanted for rape arrested in Ivisan

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A security guard facing a rape charge was arrested Tuesday afternoon at his house in Brgy. Mianay Ivisan, Capiz.

Reynold Magno, 39, did not resist when the Ivisan Municipal Police Station led by Major Ruby Magallanes served his arrest warrant around 12:31pm.

The Provincial Intelligence Unit of the Capiz Police Provincial Office joined the operation.

Magallanes said Magno is the Top 4 Most Wanted Person in the Provincial Level and Top 1 Most Wanted Person in the Municipal level.

The warrant of arrest for Criminal Case Number C-647-23, C-648-23, and C-649-23 was issued by Judge Eric Anthony Dumpilo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 in Roxas City, Capiz on November 3, 2023 with no bail recommended.
