Blue Bottle Coffee has opened a new café at Paragon, its second location in Singapore and the first in Southeast Asia to offer both indoor and alfresco dining.
The café’s launch also introduces the Embroidered Blue Bottle Tote, available exclusively at the Paragon outlet, and freshly made in-store food offerings, including the brand’s signature Liège Waffle, available in the region for the first time.
The café is part of Blue Bottle’s ongoing partnership with Valiram, Asia-Pacific’s leading luxury and lifestyle retail specialist.
Building on the success of its first Singapore café at LUMINE, Blue Bottle’s new Paragon outlet reflects its commitment to delivering high-quality coffee experiences while strengthening community ties.
The brand plans to open more than 10 cafés in Singapore by 2027, with further expansion across the region in partnership with Valiram, which has a 90-year legacy in luxury retail across nine countries.
“We’re proud to open our second café in Singapore with Valiram’s continued support,” said Kester Whitaker, chief growth officer and head of Asia at Blue Bottle Coffee.
“Together, we’re creating spaces where guests can slow down and enjoy beautiful coffee moments—crafted with care and rooted in hospitality, design, and quality.”
Valiram executive director Mukesh Valiram said the Paragon launch highlights the companies’ shared vision of intentional and elevated customer experiences.
“Opening in Paragon, a mall which exemplifies luxury, style, and retail, reflects our dedication to delivering moments defined by discovery for coffee lovers in Singapore and beyond,” he said.
Crafted for connection and everyday coffee rituals
Located within Paragon, a premier shopping destination on Orchard Road, the café offers Blue Bottle’s signature espresso drinks, cold brews, and pour-over selections.
The new café is the first in Singapore to feature alfresco dining, blending indoor and outdoor spaces into the city’s vibrant streetscape.
The 980-square-foot space includes 70 seats with communal tables, two-tops, and benches, designed with stainless steel, oak wood, terra cotta plaster, landscaped planters, and ceiling fans to reflect Singapore’s love for nature and gathering.
Exclusive to this outlet are two in-store food offerings: the Liège Waffle (S$8.50) with a caramelized crust and fluffy interior, and a Yogurt Bowl (S$12) with creamy yogurt, granola, and strawberries.
These offerings join Blue Bottle’s signature coffee lineup, including its New Orleans-style iced coffee.
Celebrating coffee culture through design and community
To commemorate the opening, Blue Bottle launched the Embroidered Blue Bottle Tote (S$50), made in collaboration with Japanese design label Ball & Chain.
The limited-edition, water-repellent tote reflects sustainable design values and is available exclusively at the Paragon café.
Guests visiting the café from July 17–20 and 25–27 can personalize their tote at no extra charge, with illustrations by Singaporean artist Joy Ho, whose work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators and other global institutions.
The new outlet builds on Blue Bottle and Valiram’s shared dedication to craftsmanship, design, and community.
With plans to open at least 10 more locations by 2027, the brand aims to bring meaningful coffee experiences to more communities across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
