Blacklist to donate a portion of M3 earnings to Odette survivors

Fresh from winning the most prestigious Mobile Legends tournament in the world, Philippine-based e-sports team Blacklist International confirmed that they will be donating a portion of their prize money to the survivors of Typhoon Odette.

The MLBB M3 World Championships took home the grand prize of $300,000 (14,959,350 pesos) and were quick to announce that they will be helping their kababayans who were badly affected by Typhoon Odette that just exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility three days ago.

“We really want to celebrate especially this holiday, but we are also thinking of our fellow countrymen who were victims of the typhoon so as a help to them, a portion of our prize will be donated to them,” said Blacklist head coach Bon Chan after the awarding ceremony.

Places like Surigao del Norte, Southern Leyte, Bohol, Palawan, Negros Oriental, and Cebu were heavily affected by the wrath of Odette as they were battered by strong winds and heavy rains last December 16.

“It’s from Tier One and Blacklist International. We want to celebrate our holidays by giving smiles to the faces of our fellow countrymen,” added coach Chan.

Blacklist repeated their win against fellow Pinoy team Onic PH, the team that also stood in their way in the MPL Championship.

The squad of Wise, OhmyV33nus, Oheb, Edward, and Hadji never showed any signs of rust and swept Onic in four games in the international final stage.
