BETTER FACILITIES FOR THE PHILIPPINE ARMY: PHP 349.5-M Infra Project at Camp Peralta Breaks Ground

This 349.5 million priority project of Uswag Ilonggo Party-List includes one multi-purpose building, one administrative building, one officer’s apartment, and two enlisted personnel’s apartments.

Uswag Ilonggo Party-List representative Cong. Jojo Ang spearheaded the groundbreaking ceremony of military facilities for the 3rd Infantry Division – Philippine Army at Camp General Macario Peralta Jr. in Jamindan, Capiz.
This 349.5 million priority project of Uswag Ilonggo Party-List includes one multi-purpose building, one administrative building, one officer’s apartment, and two enlisted personnel’s apartments.
According to Cong. Ang, once completed, this project will be of great help to our men in uniform by providing them better and conducive facilities for the conduct of their mandates in ensuring peace and order in the community. He added that this infrastructure project will strengthen the Philippine Army’s capacity to respond to military, humanitarian, disaster-related missions.
Cong. Ang also expressed his gratitude to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and House Speaker Martin Romualdez for their huge support to the project.
Camp General Macario Peralta Jr. serves as the headquarters of the Philippine Army 3rd Infantry Division which is responsible for counterinsurgency, territorial defense, and disaster response operations in the provinces of Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan, Antique, Guimaras, Negros Occidental, and parts of Central Visayas.
