SAPIAN, Capiz – The BDO Foundation recently turned over a newly rehabilitated Rural Health Unit and Birthing Clinic to the local government of Sapian.
Sapian Mayor Jose Villanueva expressed gratitude for the project, saying, “The rehabilitation of our rural health unit not only made our building presentable but also motivated our health workers to deliver services effectively to all Sapianons.”
BDO Foundation President Mario Deriquito highlighted the foundation’s commitment to improving health facilities nationwide as part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
The turnover ceremony, held on January 9, 2025, was attended by officers from BDO and BDO Network Bank, as well as officials and health personnel from the Sapian local government unit, led by Dr. Alfonso Orosco.
