BACOLOD City – City Administrator Em Ang denied reports that City Health Officer Dra. Carmela Gensoli was relieved from her post.
She is on leave, Ang told the Daily Guardian here.
Dr. Edwin Miraflor was appointed officer-in-charge of the CHO.
Speculations on Gensoli’s status arose following social media posts that she was relieved due to an ongoing investigation on missing COVID-19 test results and the procurement of vitamin C tablets.
