BACOLOD City – Mayor Evelio Leonardia has issued several executive orders calling for the early termination of classes amid the threat of COVID -19.
Executive Order No. 14 ordered that pre-school, primary, and secondary levels in all public schools shall close on March 20, 2020 and that classes in tertiary and graduate levels in all public schools shall end March 27, 2020.
EO No. 15 ordered the end of classes in private schools in all levels on March 27, 2020.
On the other hand, EO No. 16 ordered the suspension of graduation and moving up ceremonies in all levels in both public and private schools until further notice.
EO No. 17 mandated that classes in all Day Care Centers and Supervised Neighborhood Play here will end by March 13, 2020 with the moving up ceremonies suspended.
