BACOLOD City – Chief Inspector Rodel Legaspi was designated as the new officer-in-charge of the Bacolod City Fire Station.
Legaspi, who was previously assigned to La Carlota City Fire Station, replaced Chief Inspector Publio Ploteña effective June 1, 2020.
Ploteña was transferred to La Carlota City Fire Station as its new officer-in-charge.

The turnover rite was led by Superintendent Pamela Rojane Candido, head of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-Negros Occidental last Thursday, pursuant to Regional Order Number DKP 2020-06-01 signed by Senior Superintendent Roderick Aguto, regional director of BFP-6.
Candido congratulated and encouraged both officers to continue their good work in providing excellent service to the public.
