Bacolod food brands shine at foodpanda CRAVE Awards 2026

CRAVE 2026 brought together foodpanda partner vendors from across the Visayas to celebrate their shared achievements and growth-driven partnerships.
BACOLOD CITY —Bacolod’s homegrown food culture is reaching new heights as local merchants increasingly harness digital platforms to scale their businesses, boost operational reach, and connect with a growing customer base.
This momentum was recently showcased at the Visayas leg of foodpanda’s CRAVE Partner Summit & Awards 2026 in Cebu, where Bacolod’s vibrant dining scene was highlighted through major award wins by key local favorites
“Bacolod has such a distinct and celebrated food culture, and our goal is to actively power the growth of the local entrepreneurs behind it,” said Patricia Jacinto, Director for Growth and Marketing at foodpanda Philippines. “When Bacolod’s iconic kitchens combine their culinary expertise with foodpanda’s ecosystem and insights, they can reach broader audiences, scale far beyond their physical dining rooms, and keep building sustainable businesses right from their home turf.”
Bacolod’s homegrown powerhouses step into the spotlight
Heading the roster of Bacolod awardees is Ribshack, which captured the Pau-Pau’s Top of Table – Bronze Award for strong sales performance and market leadership. Starting as a small family-owned stall in Bacolod in 2012, the brand has since expanded nationwide, becoming known for its Spare Ribs, Chicken Inasal, and other grilled favorites.
Mom Rose Restaurant & Grill claimed the Pau-Pau’s Brand Spotlight – Silver Award, recognized for its innovative marketing initiatives, consistent growth, and strong partnership with foodpanda. Built around beloved family recipes, the restaurant is known for its signature charcoal-grilled Lechon Manok and crowd-favorite Chicken Sisig.
Rounding out the winning trio, Got Tea? Crafted Milk Tea took home the Operational Excellence – Silver Award for maintaining strong operational standards and reliable service. The brand has grown from a milk tea concept into a multi-location fast-casual destination, serving pizzas, pastas, and desserts alongside its signature drinks.
Fueling the city’s digital food revolution
The CRAVE 2026 wins mark an exciting momentum shift for Bacolod’s food entrepreneurs. By pairing the city’s deeply rooted food identity with modern delivery infrastructure, these homegrown brands aren’t just keeping up with changing dining habits—they’re setting the pace for the Visayas region and showing what’s possible when local flavor meets digital scale.
