The Bacolod City Government recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with TP, a global leader in digital business services, for the adoption of Bacolod City College (BCC) of the @SENSO Life Skills Academy Training Program.
Accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the program will integrate industry-based skills training into BCC’s academic programs to improve the employability of the school’s graduates, students, and near-hires in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.
Specifically, the offer provides curriculum enhancement, a 10-day simulation-based learning introduction, industry-led training, certification, and potential employment, to leverage funding mechanisms such as TESDA’s Enterprise-based Education Training (EBET) Framework and Micro-Credentials Program. The agreement is part of TP’s broader push for inclusive development through Government-Academe-Industry collaborations.
