BACOLOD City – A lifeless male baby was found in a dumpsite at Barangay Candau-ay, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Friday morning.
According to the police, a female scavenger found the baby around 6:30 a.m.
The baby was placed inside an empty ice cream container. He was mixed with the garbage picked up by the garbage collector from the city public market to the dumpsite.
The remains were brought to the City Health Office for burial.
