A farmer on Antique’s most wanted list was arrested on the morning of Oct. 16 in Patnongon, Antique.
The suspect, alias Ariel, 36, a resident of the same town, was apprehended in Barangay Tigbalogo, Patnongon.
Members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group–Antique Provincial Field Unit, along with the Patnongon Municipal Police Station, served the arrest warrant.
Ariel was wanted for two counts of lascivious conduct under Section 5(B) of Republic Act 7610, as amended by R.A. 11648.
The arrest warrant was issued by a court in Bugasong, Antique, on Oct. 14, 2025.
Bail was set at PHP 180,000 for each count for his temporary release.
Ariel is ranked as the sixth most wanted person in the province of Antique.
The suspect is now in the custody of the CIDG–Antique Provincial Field Unit for proper disposition of his case.
