The sixth most wanted person in Antique province was arrested morning of Dec. 14 at Sebaste, Antique.
Members of Sebaste Municipal Police Station collared alias Juanito at Barangay Poblacion, Sebaste.
The police served the suspect’s warrant of arrest for lascivious conduct in relation to Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) docketed under Criminal Case Numbers 23-S-103, 23-S-104-CR, and 23-S-105-CR.
Judge Josefina Fulo Muego of the Regional Trial Court (RTC)6, Branch 13, Culasi, Antique issued the arrest warrant on Sept. 30, 2023.
A P200,000 bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
No additional information was given on the suspect’s case, as of press time.
Juanito is now detained for the proper disposition of his case.
