Antique town’s topmost wanted man arrested

The top most wanted person of Bugasong town in Antique was arrested evening of February 28.
Ernevic Castillon, 37, a resident of Barangay Pangalcagan, Bugasong was nabbed at Ilaya village in the same town.
Members of the Bugasong Municipal Police Station served the suspect an arrest warrant for murder in Criminal Case No. 0881.
Judge Mario De Guzman Andres of the Regional Trial Court Branch 64 in Bugasong, Antique issued the arrest warrant on Dec. 9, 2022.
No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
According to Major Horizon Villanueva, Bugasong police chief, the incident happened in 2004 when Castillon was still a teenager.
The suspect went into hiding in Metro Manila, but he was monitored to have returned to Antique recently.
Villanueva is also Antique’s top 5 most wanted person.
He is now detained in Bugasong.
