Members of the Oton Municipal Police Station and the Iloilo Police Provincial Office – Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (IPPO-PDEU) collared Miagao after selling a sachet of suspected shabu for P7,500.
Recovered from him were six sachets of shabu and several non-drug items.

Considered as a street level pusher, the suspect had only Oton town as his area of operation.
