AIA Philippines has been recognized as one of the best employers in the country after securing two prestigious workplace certifications.
The life insurance company received accreditation from Great Place to Work®, a global authority on workplace culture, and Best Places to Work, a premier employer-of-choice certification provider.
These certifications place AIA Philippines among internationally recognized companies that prioritize employee well-being, engagement, and a positive work environment.
“Careers at AIA Philippines are anchored on our purpose of helping Filipinos live healthier, longer, and better lives,” said AIA Philippines President and CEO Melita Teo.
“For our employees to empower others, they must be empowered, which is why their voices, well-being, and growth are top priorities for us at AIA,” she added.
AIA Philippines earned its Best Places to Work certification in late 2024 after undergoing a comprehensive evaluation process.
The assessment covered various factors, including leadership, human resources practices, career advancement opportunities, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Following the review, AIA Philippines emerged as one of the top five companies recognized for its employee well-being initiatives.
In December 2024, the company also received its Great Place to Work® certification, solidifying its reputation as an outstanding employer.
Employees rated the company highly on trust in leadership, workplace camaraderie, and pride in their work.
“Being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work and a Great Place to Work® reflects our commitment to creating an amazing workplace for professional and personal growth,” said AIA Philippines Chief Human Resources Officer Ellen Imasa.
“These accolades are only possible with our dedicated employees, and we are proud of our culture in creating an inclusive and thriving environment for all,” she added.
AIA Philippines plans to build on these achievements by continuously improving its workplace culture to meet the evolving needs of its employees.
The company believes that investing in employee growth and well-being is essential to fulfilling its mission of helping more Filipinos live healthier, longer, and better lives.
