It was a victorious fun filled day as winning local candidates of my hometown Mambusao, Capiz trooped to Lema Villareal Cultural Center for their official oathtaking.
Leading the new officials was the charming Mambusao Mayor Luzviminda “Luz” Labao along with her Vice Mayor Fred Leal and Municipal Councilors Ann Labao, Fatima Tupaz-Trajano, Ago Kapunan, Rhodora Bayot-Uy, Dodoy Poren Launio, and Canoynoy Laysa.
Mayor Luz Labao succeeded her husband, former Mambusao mayor Leodegario “Jun” Labao.
Other winning candidates from towns in the second district of Capiz also joined the oathtaking ceremony officiated by Judge Rommel Leonor.
A sumptuous luncheon capped the historic affair.
Cheers and Congratulations!
