MY father having died of lung cancer despite conventional treatment, I always read reports about alternative ways to conquer the disease. The recent one I read on the Internet – “Lies About Cancer Treatment” – alleges that while American cancer victims spend billions of dollars a year for medicine, 98 percent of them die.
His report reminded me of my late brother Efren, who survived pancreatic cancer after refusing chemotherapy. He underwent surgery instead. He died 17 long years later of another disease.
The report by a famous integrative medicine specialist – Dr. Michael Cutler of Santa Ana, California – blames conventional cancer treatments and encourages shift to affordable alternative cures that would reduce patients’ dependence on expensive drugs, surgery and chemotherapy.
The author postulates that emerging alternative cures – for example cesium chloride, a naturally occurring alkaline mineral that “starves” cancer cells – are being suppressed.
Dr. Cutler cites “greed” as the only reason why Big Pharma has prevailed upon the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to go slow on approving natural cancer cures. Treating cancer in America is a virtual “cash cow” – US$200 billion a year.
Dr. Cutler refutes “five cover-ups” in the treatment of cancer.
No. 1: Around 90 percent of oncologists would refuse chemotherapy if they had cancer “because it’s extremely ineffective and toxic.” To quote excerpts from the report:
“The truth is, a rigorous review of chemotherapy reveals it fails for 98 percent of people. And when chemotherapy was tested against no treatment, no treatment proved better. Only two percent respond well to chemotherapy.
“Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant to treatment. Too much toxic burden from these treatments can destroy the immune system. The patient could die from infections or complications.”
No. 2: Mammograms do more damage than good and actually harm ten women for everyone it helps!
Dr. Cutler cites a new study by researchers from the Nordic Cochrane Center in Denmark who reviewed the benefits and negative effects of seven breast cancer screening programs on women.
“For every 2,000 women who received mammograms over a 10-year period,” his report says, “only one would have her life prolonged, but ten would be harmed. Mammograms can actually increase a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer by as much as three percent per year.”
He suggests magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as the highly accurate way to diagnose cancer that uses no X-ray or any other radioactive diagnostic tool.
No. 3: The Big Pharma resorts to outrageous lies to convince you that their
so-called cancer “cures” work.
Dr. Cutler alludes to a “number trick” that drug manufacturers use to prove the effectiveness of their cancer treatments. For instance, doctors may recommend a drug that allegedly reduces the chances of breast cancer recurring by 49 percent without any evidence supporting that claim.
Cutler cites a film documentary by two oncologists in Australia – “A Shocking Look at Cancer Studies” – generalizing cancer treatments as having below 10 percent success rate.
No. 4: American drug companies pay oncologists big “kickbacks” to promote high-priced, but ineffective cancer drugs.
Dr. Cutler cites data from the American Medical Association confirming that 75% of oncologists make money not by treating patients but by selling chemotherapy and other overpriced anti-cancer drugs.
Sounds familiar. We know of Filipino oncologists doing it.
There was a time when a former drug rep from Eli Lilly testified before the US Congress saying, “Pharmaceutical companies hire former cheerleaders and ex-models to wine and dine doctors, exaggerate drug benefits and underplay side effects.”
No. 5: There exists a covert campaign to censor natural cancer remedies and ruin doctors offering them.
Cutler cites the case of Dr. William Kelly, who discovered a natural enzyme therapy that, combined with strict nutrition and a detoxification regime, “digested” pancreatic cancer cells. He was jailed after administering the regimen to his patients.
Not being a physician, this writer expresses no opinion on the cited doctor’s opposition to conventional anti-cancer treatments. This is purely food for thought.

A SAFETY TIP FROM MORE POWER
“Don’t trust a broken plug,” says a reminder from the FB page of MORE Power. Why is that so?
A broken plug is dangerous, according to a MORE Power electrical engineer, because exposed wires can cause electric shock, and damaged components can lead to electrical fires by allowing current to arc. Missing or bent prongs, especially the ground prong, increase the risk of shock and fire by disabling safety features. Using a broken plug means you risk electrocution, severe burns, and property damage from fires. So, you should always check cords for damage and replace any faulty ones.
