Police withheld the name of the victim.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Jonel Guadalupe, city police chief, said four passengers were riding a tricycle driven by 30-year-old Jun Mark Villaflor of the said village, when the victim fell from the tricycle.
Guadalupe said the victim’s hand slipped after she glanced back at her father, who called her when they were about to disembark from the tricycle on their way home.
His father was seated at the back of the tricycle driver.
