Alias Leo, 67, and his relatives, ages 25, 58, and 59, all residents of Barangay Balantad Carlos Fruto, were brought to court by their neighbor following a conflict that arose over their right of way.
Members of the Guimbal Municipal Police Station arrested the suspects in Gerona-Gimeno village in Guimbal by virtue of an arrest warrant for grave oral defamation docketed under Criminal Case No. 3983.
Judge Kathryn Rose Hitalia-Baliatan of the 15th Municipal Trial Court in Guimbal, Iloilo, issued the warrant of arrest on April 16, 2026.
