BACOLOD City – A four-month-old fetus was found on the roadside at Hacienda San Ramon, Barangay 14 in Victorias City, Negros Occidental on Sunday.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Eduardo Corpuz, city police chief, said a resident of the village saw a stray dog pull something from the roadside.
When he checked, he discovered the lifeless fetus.
A village watchman informed the police about the find. The fetus was turned over to the City Health Office and was buried.
Corpuz said that they could not identify the person who left the fetus in the area.
