BACOLOD City – Police arrested 32 persons and seized about P367,100 worth of suspected shabu in various anti-illegal drug operations here and in Negros Occidental from Dec 1 to 9, 2020.
17 persons were nabbed here, resulting in the recovery of P228,200 worth of drugs.
The buy-bust operations were conducted in Barangays 16, Villamonte, Mansilingan, Handumanan, Estefania, and Singcang-Airport.
The arrested suspects are in the custody of Police Stations 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10.
Meanwhile, 15 others were also arrested in the province, with the confiscation of P138,900 worth of the said illegal drugs.
The drug bust operations were conducted in the cities of Cadiz, Bago, Victorias, Talisay, Kabankalan, and Silay, and the municipalities of Pulupandan, Valladolid, and E.B. Magalona.
