3 Iloilo MVP jins dominate international Poomsae tournament

MVP gym’s dominant streak for the Lents Taekwondo competition continues after three Ilonggo jins made waves last November in the same tournament.

The Iloilo Mark V. Pinggol (MVP) taekwondo gym opened their 2021 hauling international medals during the 3rd Lents Taekwondo Worldwide Sports Online Poomsae Open 2021.
MVP gym’s dominant streak for the Lents Taekwondo competition continues after three Ilonggo jins made waves last November in the same tournament.
Entering one of the most prestigious international tournaments this year, the Iloilo MVP gym sent out three prized jins to represent the City of Love.
The first Iloilo MVP jin who had the fastest result in the competition was kid wonder Andria Margaret Palabrica. The 11-year-old jin notched the gold medal in the KUP sixth-third individual and is recognized in all of Poomsae competitions.
Next, Cyd Edryc Esmaña and Julianna Martha Uy gave a flawless performance in the Blackbelt Cadet Division.
World-renowned Esmaña notched another gold medal and prevailed over national team members while Uy managed to land in second-place and deliver the silver medal for the Iloilo-based taekwondo gym.
