ROXAS CITY, Capiz— Three persons including a minor were hospitalized following a traffic incident Monday afternoon at Brgy. Enseñagan, Panitan, Capiz.
Investigation by the Panitan Municipal Police Station indicated that Marvin Delfin, 30, of Brgy. Agbalo, Panay was on his way to Maayon town on a Honda TMX motorcycle when the wind blew his hat, prompting him to stop.
As he was about to turn right, he accidentally hit a Suzuki Smash motorcycle driven by a 17-year-old boy from Maayon town.
Because of the strong impact, the victims suffered injuries on their heads and different parts of their bodies.
The 17-year-old victim is presently confined to St. Anthony Hospital and will undergo surgery.
The minor’s backrider, Joseph Vidal Dizon, 19, of Brgy. Tapulang, Maayon, is presently confined to Capiz Emmanuel Hospital.
